Conclusion

The static protein adsorption of the PVDF membranes tested in this study is as follows: Ublot™  > K.

The Western blot (WB) experimental results of the PVDF membranes tested in this study show that:

(1) The Ublot™  0.22 μm PVDF membrane demonstrates excellent protein transfer efficiency for proteins of varying molecular weights.

(2) The Ublot™  0.22 μm PVDF membrane provides well-defined and clear transfer band shapes, high band alignment, and low background staining.

(3) The Ublot™  0.22 μm PVDF membrane performs effectively when transferring multiple samples simultaneously, with low background, clear bands, and high sensitivity.
