The Dilution-Free BCA Rapid Protein Quantification Kit (Enhanced) is developed based on the widely used BCA method, one of the two most common protein concentration detection methods globally. This kit offers simplicity, high stability, sensitivity, and compatibility for protein concentration determination.
Compared to standard BCA protein quantification kits, this enhanced version provides:
- Faster Detection:Completes the color reaction at room temperature in just 10 minutes.
- Higher Sensitivity:Detects concentrations as low as 10 µg/mL, with a minimum detectable protein amount of 0.2 µg.
- Flexible Sample Volume:Accommodates sample volumes ranging from 1 to 20 µL.
