The One-Step PAGE Gel FastCast Kit features a premixed formula for both the stacking gel and the resolving gel. You only need to add the improved polymerizer to the gel solution. After pouring the resolving gel, there’s no need to wait for it to solidify — you can directly pour the stacking gel. It’s simple and fast.
The stacking gel strip is color-coded (red, blue, or green), making the sample wells easy to identify and convenient for loading. The three-color design also allows users to distinguish gels containing different samples.
Gels prepared using this kit are suitable for both denaturing and non-denaturing PAGE electrophoresis. The kit includes an improved polymerizer with enhanced stability and catalytic efficiency, eliminating the need for additional TEMED during gel preparation.

Storage and stability
This product is transported at room temperature and should be stored at 2–8°C. The improved gel polymerizer should be stored at –20°C and has a shelf life of 12 months.
For convenience, the opened polymerizer can be stored at 4°C for at least three months without losing effectiveness.
