Product details
Background:
Ubiquitin conjugates to lysine (Lys, K) residues of a broad spectrum of cellular substrate proteins, including histones, cell cycle regulators, transcription factors, signaling molecules, apoptotic proteins, misfolded and damaged proteins. It also forms polyubiquitin chains via internal lysine sites (K6, K11, K27, K29, K33, K48, K65) to mediate protein degradation, DNA repair, gene transcription, cell cycle progression, apoptosis and immune signaling.
