U-Blot® Succinyllysine MultiPTM Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody mix
Product details
Background:
Succinyllysine (abbreviated as Ksucc) is an acylation-type post-translational modification occurring on lysine residues of proteins. By covalently attaching a succinyl group to the side chain of lysine, this modification markedly alters the charge and physicochemical properties of amino acid residues. Ksucc is widely distributed on both histone and non-histone proteins, and is critically involved in chromatin remodeling, gene transcription, energy metabolism, and mitochondrial function. It plays important regulatory roles in various pathological processes including cancer, metabolic diseases, and inflammatory responses, serving as a key target in the crosstalk between metabolism and epigenetics.

| Purification process | U-Blot® Succinyllysine MultiPTM Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody mix adopts a proprietary blending process. Multiple rabbit monoclonal clones are combined at optimized ratios for applicable experimental scenarios. Each antibody component in the mixture is rigorously screened via motif recognition assessment and multiple rounds of experimental verification to guarantee reliable performance. This antibody mix is specially engineered to maintain high specificity toward succinyllysine modification and its characteristic motifs, while achieving the broadest possible coverage of target modification sites. |
