U-Blot™ W2106 Colored Prestained Protein Molecular Weight Standards contain 10 highly purified, prestained recombinant proteins ranging from 25 kDa to 400 kDa (25, 45, 72, 100, 130, 160, 200, 250, 300, and 400 kDa). Among these, the 72 kDa and 400 kDa bands are orange-red, while the 25 kDa band is green.
Application
This product is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immunoblotting. The molecular weight range, from low to high, allows dynamic observation of protein electrophoresis and accurate determination of the target protein’s molecular weight. After SDS-PAGE, the marker can be transferred to a PVDF or NC membrane, where clear, colored bands are visible— enabling effective monitoring of transfer efficiency during Western Blot experiments. The recommended sample volume is 5–10 μL.

Storage and stability
Stable at -20°C for 36 months ; 4°C for 3 months; 25°C for 4 weeks；Store at 2–8 ℃ for frequent use. The shelf life is 3 months. It is recommended to aliquot the product to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
