U-Blot™ Prestained Protein Ladder（10-250k Da）consists of 11 highly purified, prestained recombinant proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 250 kDa (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 72, 100, 130, and 250 kDa). The 72 kDa band is orange-red, and the 25 kDa band is green. This standard is suitable for use in SDS-PAGE and Western blot applications.
Important Product Information
This color-prestained protein molecular weight standard is pre-prepared in 1× SDS-PAGE loading buffer and is ready to use without the need for boiling, dilution, or the addition of reducing agents.
For typical gel well sizes, load 5–10 µL per application (5 µL is sufficient for 5×1.5 mm gel wells). Clear and distinct protein bands can be observed during electrophoresis, after electrophoresis, and post-transfer.
