Ueasy® Precast Gel is a kind of polyacrylamide electrophoresis gel, mainly used for protein separation.
It has two core specification classifications:
- By gel concentration: gradient gels (4-12% and 4-20%) and fixed-concentration gels (8%, 10% and 12%);
- By well number: 12-well and 15-well.
Sample Loading Specification
- 12-well gel: Maximum loading volume 50 uL, recommended loading volume within 25 uL.
- 15-well gel: Maximum loading volume 30 uL, recommended loading volume within 15 uL.
Application
- Adopting the latest gel casting technology.
- High resolution and sensitivity for protein bands.
- Maximum loading volume up to 50 uL, double the sample capacity of ordinary precast gels on the market.
- Compatible with mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks at home and abroad.
- Reverse the sealing ring when using the Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN system.
