Quality Control Standards:
The apparent molecular weights of this protein standard marker series are calibrated using Bio-Rad 1610363 and Thermo 26610 and 26614 non-prestained protein molecular weight standards. These markers are suitable as molecular weight standards for SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immunoblotting.
The apparent molecular weight (kDa) of each protein has been determined by calibration with unstained standard proteins in various electrophoresis buffer systems. The apparent molecular weights of the blue and green bands remain consistent across different buffer and gel systems, while the orange-red band shows minimal variation, ensuring the stability and accuracy of band indication.
