U-Blot® Pan-2-Hydroxyisobutyryllysine Rabbit mAb
Product details
Background:2-Hydroxyisobutyryllysine (Khib) is a novel lysine acylation type of post_x001E_translational modification identified on both histone and non_x001E_histone proteins. By adding a 2_x001E_hydroxyisobutyryl group to lysine residues, Khib participates in the regulation of chromatin structure, gene transcription activation, cellular metabolism, and stress responses. Accumulating evidence indicates that Khib plays critical roles in tumorigenesis, metabolic reprogramming, inflammation, and various disease processes, making it an important target in epigenetic and protein modification research.
