U-Blot™ Bradford Protein Assay Kit

The Bradford Protein Assay Kit is based on the Bradford method, one of the two most commonly used protein concentration detection methods. It enables rapid, stable, and highly sensitive protein concentration determination.

• Fast Detection: Processes 10–20 samples in under 10 minutes.
• High Sensitivity: Detection limit of 25 µg/mL, with a minimum detectable protein amount of 0.5 µg. The sample volume range is 1–20 µL.
• Linear Range: Exhibits a strong linear relationship within a concentration range of 50–1,000 µg/mL.
• Chemical Compatibility: The Bradford method is unaffected by most chemicals in samples, tolerating β-mercaptoethanol concentrations up to 1 M and dithiothreitol concentrations up to 5 mM.

Detergent Sensitivity: Slightly higher concentrations of detergents can interfere with the assay. Ensure the following limits:

• SDS: < 0.01%
• Triton X-100: < 0.05%
• Tween 20, 60, 80: < 0.015%

For detergent-containing samples, it is recommended to use the BCA Protein Assay Kit instead.

Storage and stability: G250 staining solution should be stored at 4℃, and protein standard should be frozen at -20℃. The validity period is one year.
