Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution that preserves the structural and physiological integrity of cells in vitro. It is suitable for various cell culture applications, including washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. For rinsing chelating agents before cell dissociation, use U-Blot™ Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS without calcium and magnesium), as the presence of these ions can inhibit trypsin activity.
Storage and stability：
Store and transport in a dry and sealed place at room temperature (2-30℃) away from light. The shelf life is up to 3 years.
