U-Blot™ Rapid Transfer Buffer is a high-efficiency transfer buffer designed for Western Blot applications using a high-current system. It generates ultra-low heat and efficiently transfers proteins to blotting membranes (NC membranes or PVDF membranes). This product provides superior transfer performance, especially for large molecular weight proteins that are difficult to transfer with standard transfer buffers. Additionally, it minimizes the transfer time disparity between large and small molecular weight proteins, resulting in a more uniform and optimal transfer effect.
This product eliminates the need for methanol and completes the transfer process within 10 to 30 minutes.
Application
Transfer proteins to blotting membrane (NC membrane or PVDF membrane)
Storage: Sealed and stored at room temperature, valid for one year.
