U-Blot™ Hematocrit Centrifuge
Product details
Hematocrit centrifuges are used for the determination of erythrocyte fractions in blood as well as micro solution separations. It provides hematocrit values (HCT) for testing in biochemistry, immunity, genetics, blood separation, and general clinical tests for diagnostic purposes and also for dope tests. They have special applications for the photometric determination of bilirubin content in neonate blood samples. They are suitable for the extraction of DNA and RNA. Veterinary clinics and Vitamins testing for Infants.
Basic Operating Conditions
- Power Supply:
Desktop high-speed microcentrifuge:
Single-phase: 220V-240V, 50Hz/60Hz, 5A
Single-phase: 110V-120V, 50Hz/60Hz, 5A
- Ambient Temperature: 2℃~40℃
- Relative Humidity: ≤80%
Environmental Requirements:
- There should be no vibration or airflow that could affect performance.
- The surrounding air must be free of conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases.
Transportation and Storage Conditions
- Ambient Temperature Range: -40℃~55℃
- Relative Humidity Range: ≤93%
Calculation of Relative Centrifugal Acceleration (RCF)
Relative centrifugal acceleration (RCF) can be calculated using the formula:
RCF=1.118×r×n2×10−5
r = rotation radius (cm) n = rotation speed (rpm)
