Universal Antibody Dilution Buffer is an innovative antibody diluent that replaces traditional BSA and serum with polymer reagents, ensuring a high signal-to-noise ratio. It contains preservatives that do not affect the activity of HRP or AP and will not interfere with HRP/AP-labeled secondary antibody detection. Biotin-free, it avoids interference in biotin-based assays. This buffer is ideal for diluting primary and secondary antibodies.
Application
It is suitable for diluting and preparing primary antibodies for immunostaining applications, including Western Blot, immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (IC).
Storage and stability：
Store in a sealed container at 2-8℃ away from light, with a shelf life of up to 24 months.
