Ublot™ PVDF Membrane is a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous membrane used for transferring proteins from various gel matrices. Compared to nitrocellulose membranes, it offers improved handling characteristics.

This hydrophobic membrane is available in two pore sizes: 0.45μm and 0.2μm, allowing it to bind proteins across a wide molecular weight range:

  • 0.45μm pore size: Suitable for most proteinsand provides higher detection sensitivity.
  • 0.2μm pore size: Ideal for proteins with a molecular weight of less than 20,000, ensuring better adsorption and retention of small-molecule proteins.

Ublot™ PVDF Membrane offers excellent protein retention, high physical strength, and broad chemical compatibility, making it an optimal choice for immunoassays.
