U-Blot® Histone H3 Rabbit mAb
Product details
Background:Pan-Histone H3 covers all mainstream H3 subtypes in mammals, including replication-dependent H3.1, H3.2 and replication-independent H3.3. As the core scaffold of nucleosomes, H3 carries numerous epigenetic modification marks and dominates chromatin condensation, gene expression, DNA replication and repair. Pan-H3 protein content is stable in most cell and tissue types, serving as a universal internal reference for epigenetic research.
