U-Blot® Histone H4K20me3 Recombinant Antibody
Product details
Background:HNF-3α ( Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 alpha , forkhead box A1 , FoxA1 ) is a homeodomain containing transcription factor and is a member of the Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor family ( HNF-1α, HNF-1β, HNF-3α, HNF-3β, HNF-3γ, HNF-4α, HNF-4γ, HNF-6α and HNF-6β ), whose members regulate the transcription of numerous hepatocyte genes in adult liver. HNF-3 members bind to DNA as monomers using a winged helix DNA-binding domain. HNF-3α and HNF-3γ have also been shown to be involved in gastrulation events such as body axis formation.
