U-Blot® Pan-SUMO1/2/3 Mouse mAb
Product details
Background:Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier (SUMO) is a family of ubiquitin-like proteins that covalently conjugate to lysine residues of target substrates, regulating diverse cellular processes including protein stability, transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, cell cycle progression and immune response. SUMO1, SUMO2 and SUMO3 are the major mammalian SUMO isoforms with overlapping yet distinct biological functions. Pan-SUMO antibody enables broad detection of global SUMOylation events, recognizing protein substrates modified by SUMO1, SUMO2 and SUMO3.
