U-Blot® TNF-α hIgG1 Reference Antibody (Adabio)
Product details
Background:The TNFSF2 gene encodes Tumor Necrosis Factor Superfamily Member 2 (TNF-α), also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-α). Adalimumab, as a humanized anti-TNF-α monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to TNF-α and blocks its interaction with its receptors (TNFR1 and TNFR2), thereby inhibiting TNF-α-related inflammatory signaling pathways.
