ProClin 300 is a water-soluble, broad-spectrum antibacterial preservative with safe, efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly properties. It is a highly effective preservative specifically designed for in vitro diagnostic reagents. Widely used in enzyme preparations, buffer solutions, and various aqueous reagent products, it helps extend the shelf life of reagents.
ProClin 300 offers excellent biocompatibility, stability, low toxicity, environmental safety, and biodegradability. As a modern antibacterial solution, it replaces traditional agents such as thimerosal (mercury-based), sodium azide (toxic and explosive), and gentamicin (antibiotic-based).
Application
ProClin 300 is effective at low concentrations and does not interfere with antibody binding. It is suitable for use in biochemical and immunological assay reagents, including Western Blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA, providing excellent antibacterial and preservative properties.
Storage and Stability: Store sealed at 2–30°C, away from light. Shelf life: up to 36 months.
