Product details

Background:
Histone H2B is one of the four core canonical histones, which forms the basic nucleosome structure together with H2A, H3 and H4. It undergoes various post-translational modifications and participates in the regulation of gene transcription, DNA damage response and cell cycle progression. As a stable nuclear structural protein, H2B is widely used as a classic internal reference for epigenetic experiments.
