U-Blot® Research Grade Ranevetmab
Product details
Background:Bedinvetmab (ZTS-00508841) is a canine monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting nerve growth factor (NGF). Bedinvetmab inhibits NGF interaction with tropomyosin receptor kinase A (trkA) and p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) receptors. Bedinvetmab can be used for the research of osteoarthritis pain in dogs.
• Encapsulation of β-NGF in injectable microrods for localized delivery accelerates endochondral fracture repair., PMID:37284244
• New insights of the role of β-NGF in the ovulation mechanism of induced ovulating species., PMID:30763273
• Effect of the Camelid’s Seminal Plasma Ovulation-Inducing Factor/β-NGF: A Kisspeptin Target Hypothesis., PMID:28713816
• β-NGF and β-NGF receptor upregulation in blood and synovial fluid in osteoarthritis., PMID:28253191
