U-Blot™ Immunostaining Enhancer

U-Blot™ Immunostaining Enhancer is a sensitizer that can directly dilute the primary or secondary antibody to enhance the specific binding between antigen and antibody during immunoblotting, thereby enhancing the sensitivity of immunostaining detection by several to dozens of times.

This product is obtained through large-scale and fine screening of high-molecular compounds that are likely to specifically bind antigen-antibody complexes through adhesion, entanglement, or bundling, as well as a matching combination of blocking reagents and detergents to reduce background, thereby effectively solving the problems of low sensitivity and high background often encountered in immunostaining detection, and greatly improving the signal-to-noise ratio.

Application

This product is suitable for enhancing antigen-antibody binding in various immunoassays, including immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, and ELISA. It is also applicable for sensitization in other protein interaction assays.

Storage and Stability:

Store sealed and refrigerated at 2-8℃, protected from light. Shelf life: up to 24 months. For long-term storage, freeze at -20℃. Shelf life: up to 36 months.
