U-Blot™ Western Blot Enhancer is a sensitizer that enhances the specific binding between antigen and antibody during immunoblotting. It significantly boosts the sensitivity of Western blot detection by several to dozens of times. This product is developed through the screening of high-molecular compounds that specifically bind antigen-antibody complexes, along with a combination of blocking reagents and detergents to reduce background. It effectively addresses low sensitivity and high background issues, improving the signal-to-noise ratio in immunostaining detection.
Application
This product is suitable for sensitizing various immunoassays involving antigen-antibody binding, such as immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and ELISA. It can also be used for protein interaction assays.
Storage and Stability:
Store sealed and refrigerated at 2-8°C, away from light. Shelf life is up to 24 months. For long-term storage, freeze at -20°C, with a shelf life of up to 36 months.
