Protein-Free Rapid Blocking Buffer contains a patented protein-free polymer designed to block excess binding sites in ELISA, Western blot, arrays, and other immunochemical applications. This formulation reduces or eliminates common issues associated with traditional protein-based blocking reagents, such as cross-reactivity and interference from glycosylation. Additionally, Protein-Free Rapid Blocking Buffer is compatible with both antibodies and avidin/biotin systems. For enhanced convenience, the buffer includes the detergent Tween-20, which significantly improves blocking performance in various detection systems.
Application
Used to block excess binding sites in ELISA, Western blot, arrays, and other immunochemical applications. It can also be used as a diluent for primary or secondary antibodies.
Storage：Store in a sealed container at 2-8℃ away from light, with a shelf life of up to 24 months.
