The WIX-fastBLOT Fast Semi-Dry Blot System is a high-efficiency protein transfer system utilizing proprietary, independently developed technology. Based on the principle of wet transfer, it integrates the stability and uniformity of traditional wet transfer with the speed and efficiency of semi-dry transfer. This system overcomes the drawbacks of conventional wet transfer, such as its time-consuming and labor-intensive nature, as well as the poor stability associated with semi-dry transfer. Proteins can be rapidly and efficiently transferred from polyacrylamide gel to PVDF or NC membranes within 9 to 15 minutes.
The instrument uses a strictly optimized buffer to ensure efficient transfer of proteins with different molecular weights simultaneously. No matter the uniformity of the transfer membrane, or the wide range of molecular weight of the protein and the ultra-low protein level, with WIX-fastBLOT, a good transfer effect will be achieved.
