U-Blot™ One-Step Fast Protein Stain Buffer is a ready-to-use protein gel electrophoresis stain that is fast, sensitive, safe, non-toxic, and effective. This product is a true one-step protein stain. Simply remove the gel from the electrophoresis tank, place it in the stain, and leave it—no rinsing, microwave heating, fixation, or destaining is required. Protein bands on the gel become visible within 2 minutes. The gel can remain in the stain indefinitely, and only the protein is stained, with no increase in background staining.
